bdtk Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (referred to hereafter as "Terms") apply to the bdtk platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the site, registering, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the bdtk platform.

bdtk provides services only to individuals who are citizens or residents of Bangladesh and are at least 21 years of age. Access to this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. However, if any ambiguity arises between the two versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence, as this platform is operated primarily for Bangladeshi users.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — the bdtk website and mobile applications.
• "User" or "Member" — a person who holds a registered account on bdtk.
• "Services" — the casino, sports betting, live games and all related features provided by bdtk.
• "Wallet" — the virtual balance account linked to a user on the platform.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits issued by bdtk, which can be withdrawn after meeting specified wagering requirements.

To use services on bdtk, you must first open a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, bdtk reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, this will be treated as fraud and the balances of all associated accounts may be forfeited. Separate members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but each must be individually verified.

2.2 Registration Eligibility

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a citizen or lawful resident of Bangladesh.
• Must have an active mobile number and email address.
• Must not be subject to any court order barring participation in online gaming.

2.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. bdtk is not liable for any loss arising from another person accessing your account. If you forget your password, follow bdtk's designated recovery process.

bdtk verifies the identity of all members in the interest of secure transactions. This process follows international financial security standards. Withdrawal functionality may be limited until verification is complete.

3.1 Required Documents

• A clear copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where applicable).

3.2 Verification Timeline

After documents are submitted, bdtk will review them within a reasonable time. Additional information may be requested if documents are incomplete or unclear. Once verification is complete, a confirmation message will be sent to the member.

All financial transactions on bdtk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The methods available on the platform can be used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Methods currently available for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks). Deposited funds are generally credited to the wallet automatically. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Methods available for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• KYC verification on the account must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• It is generally recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the related wagering requirements have been met.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, bdtk reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Security

bdtk uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. The funds in your wallet are never disclosed to third parties. If you notice any unauthorised transaction, please notify support immediately.

bdtk offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to specific terms, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting those terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion once, in accordance with the rules set for that promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be used to place bets.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• bdtk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• If bonus abuse is proven, bdtk may forfeit the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it.

The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football and other sports, and to participating in casino games on bdtk.

6.1 Bet Finalisation

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bdtk itself decides to void it due to a technical error. Please check the odds and terms carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Erroneous Quotes

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, bdtk may void those bets or settle them at market price. This decision will be considered final and non-disputable.

6.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is officially cancelled by the relevant authority, bdtk will refund the bet amount or determine the result in accordance with its own policies.

6.4 Special Rules for Casino Games

For slots, live casino, fishing games and other casino games, the individual rules of the relevant game provider also apply. If a technical error occurs in any game, bdtk may cancel the round and return the stake.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bdtk platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms to generate artificial profit.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach its security.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Participating in match fixing or corrupt activities.

bdtk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at its own discretion. To appeal such a decision, please contact bdtk support.

8.1 Closure at the Member's Own Request

A member who wishes to close their account may submit a request through the support team. Any eligible balance remaining in the wallet at the time of closure will be returned via the designated method.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

An account may be declared inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity. An administrative fee may apply to such accounts. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact support.

Upon a member's own request, bdtk can provide the following options:

• Setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporarily suspending an account for a set period (cooling-off period).
• Permanent self-exclusion — for members who wish to exclude themselves from the platform.

Access to this platform is completely prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age. bdtk is committed to protecting minors.

bdtk does not accept liability for losses arising from the following situations:

• Bets lost due to an internet connection failure.
• Errors in third-party software or servers.
• Problems with a user's own device.
• Account access by an unauthorised person (in the event of a password being compromised).
• Temporary service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.

bdtk continually works to ensure the stability and security of the platform. If any issue affects the service, members will be informed as quickly as possible.

11.1 Third-Party Services

bdtk uses game providers, payment gateways, and other third-party services. bdtk is not directly liable for any loss caused by faults or disruptions on the part of these third parties.

bdtk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your agreement to the updated terms.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact the bdtk support team directly in the first instance. The support team is available 24/7 in Bengali and English — via live chat and email. If the matter is not resolved through support, both parties may agree to proceed with mediation.

12.2 Applicable Law

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In any legal dispute, the court of the applicable jurisdiction will have the final say.

12.3 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms is declared unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The invalidation of one part does not invalidate the terms as a whole.
